To learn which direction to take in your life, apply the yes/no/maybe responses to the Inspired Action choices below, and then indicate your responses to them on this worksheet. How to use the Ten Inspired Actions Worksheet
• Keeping your challenge in mind, read the definition of the first Inspired Action.
• Allow yourself to sink into the energy of the Inspired Action.
• Indicate your response.
• Repeat the process for each one of the remaining Inspired Actions.
• Depending on how your answers guide you, you will probably need to reflect further and journal around them. Act when you are sure of your answer.
• If you find that your choice does not serve you, choose other than you have next time! This work is never about defeat or punishment. It is about the search for resolution and the self-discovery of Inner Peace – in whatever shape or form that manifests itself.
Review
A ‘Yes’ response in your physical body can be experienced as warmth, a deep breath, a sigh, relaxation, a tingling sensation in the center of your chest, a sense of peace beginning in the pit of your stomach, a lifting of weight from your neck, shoulders or back, a shiver that runs up or down your spine or feeling energized.
A ‘Yes’ response in your life can be experienced as relief, comfort, inner peace, clarity of thought, an ‘ah-ha’ moment, a parting of waves, a lifting of a cloud or a dark storm, a lightness of Being, a feeling of readiness or anticipation, Joy, Bliss or feeling touched by the Divine
A ‘No’ response in your physical body can be experienced as a cold sensation, held breath, tension, fatigue, an uncomfortable stillness, pain in the center of your chest, a tightness in the pit of your stomach or your throat, increased weight on your neck, shoulders or back or a bad taste in your mouth.
A ‘No’ response in your life can be experienced as heaviness, depression, discomfort, uneasiness, non-specific confusion, frequent unpredictability or a feeling of being out of sync with your life, overriding sense of overwhelm, feeling buried or that you have hit a wall, feeling lost, feeling forsaken or resistance.
A ‘Maybe response….There may be times when you feel you are experiencing a ‘maybe’ or an ‘I don’t know’ response. For the purpose of this work, neither of these responses will suffice. Never act on an indecisive response or you will manifest an indecisive solution.
A ‘maybe’ or an “I don’t know’ response is worth further exploration but not action. Use your ‘maybe’ response as a call for further reflection, to do more journaling around your dilemma, or as an indication that you need some outside input from a trusted friend or a counselor.
